Hi David, thanks for a good article! Reminded me of the importance, and perhaps the simplicity of going back to basics with Agile methodologies.

Would you recommend small companies (with tight budgets) to also hire/promote people to the roles of scrum master/agile coach and product owner? Or do you think it’s ok for one person to have many of these roles?

Afaik it’s commonly said within Scrum that these roles must be held by different people and be dedicated to their own development team. Which makes perfect sense for a larger org with more resources and employees.

Do you have any thoughts about this?
